New scale, greater challenges

How do you coordinate the quotation, repair and dispatch of computer equipment across three countries?


How is a decentralised team of specialists in different types of equipment supposed to communicate internally, ensuring the quality of their service and customer contact?


Without a modern process management system, this was virtually impossible.

The new order management system was the first step towards a new quality and new scale.

Not only did we want to eliminate the repetitive tasks on which the specialist team's valuable time was escaping, but we also wanted to create a tool with which it could promote its know-how and grow, responding to the ever-growing market demand.


Together, we created a system that allows the company to multiply its work throughput.

Strategic approach

To better understand ACC Expert's needs, we began our work with a strategic discovery workshop.


We learnt about the far-reaching plans and ambitious goals that faced the team.


We prepared for the implementation of the first phase, but the strategic vision allowed us to better align the solution architecture also with the future challenges ahead.

New markets

The company entered new markets, including some rather unusual ones - Slovakia and Latvia. It was necessary to familiarise itself with their specific requirements in order to operate effectively there as well.

Subcontractors and coordination of their work

In addition to the internal team, a whole group of external specialists also work on the system.


We have been able to create a system that allows branch employees to plan and manage their work, while being in constant contact with head office.


This has simplified the ordering processes for spare parts, warehouse handling and accelerated quotations for the customer.

Offer for companies

We have implemented a management panel for subscription customer service and business offerings.


Both ACC expert employees and customers have gained a space where they can manage requests and respond in real time to customer outages and requests.

Development is our middle name
