How we created a modern Church E-Administration System for the Archdiocese of Lublin

As part of this project, our team was involved in the design and implementation of a modern ERP platform for the Archdiocese of Lublin.


Our activities included analysis of the client's needs, development of an intuitive user interface and integration with existing church systems.


A key element was the creation of a central data management system that enables effective planning, monitoring and coordination of the administrative activities of the Archdiocese.


In addition, we provided staff training to ensure a smooth transition to the new system and delivered technical support and maintenance of the platform.

The primary aim was to digitize the management processes of the Curia.


This initiative was driven by the need to streamline administrative tasks, enhance record-keeping, and improve overall efficiency. Users expressed a strong desire for a system that could facilitate easy access to documents, provide a centralized database for parish records, and automate routine tasks such as scheduling, communications, and reporting.


The need for secure and efficient handling of sensitive information, coupled with the capability to integrate seamlessly with existing church management software, was also highlighted.


By addressing these needs, the Church E-Administration System aimed to modernize curial operations, reduce manual workload, and foster a more organized and transparent administrative environment.

Church E-Administration System is designed to streamline and enhance the management of all administrative and religious affairs within a religious organization.


This comprehensive solution facilitates seamless communication between central administrative bodies, individual parishes and priests, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

The system facilitates direct and transparent communication between the central administrative organs and parishes.


Priests and parish staff can quickly receive updates, directives, and information from higher administrative levels, ensuring consistent and coordinated actions across the organization.


Created system centralizes the management of all church-related activities. It provides essential tools for maintaining accurate records of sacraments, parishioners, and events, ensuring that administrative tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

The Central Modules for Curia within the system are designed to provide comprehensive administrative tools for managing the various departments

and operations of the Bishop's Curia.


These modules facilitate efficient administration, enhance transparency, and ensure the smooth functioning of diocesan activities. Kościół App provide the essential tools for managing the complex and diverse activities of the Bishop's Curia.

By integrating various administrative functions into a single, user-friendly platform, these modules enhance the efficiency, transparency, and overall effectiveness of diocesan administration.

By integrating our digitized tools, the system not only simplifies administrative tasks but also strengthens the bonds between priests, hierarchs, and parishioners. It creates a more connected, informed, and engaged community

The system comprises 45 modules and 25 e-services, ensuring that every aspect of church administration and community engagement is efficiently managed, from top-level governance to day-to-day parish activities.

We've created Sacraments easier than ever

Parishioners can enroll for sacraments through their personal accounts. Throughout the entire process, they have full visibility of their application status.


Additionally, they can be messaged if they need to fill out any additional forms or provide more information. Contributions for sacraments can also be managed through the parishioner's account.

This streamlined system allows for secure and convenient payment processing, ensuring that all necessary contributions are handled efficiently. Parishioners will receive notifications and reminders regarding any pending payments, ensuring that all requirements are met promptly.

Cut costs with internal CMS system

Using the built-in CMS system, each parish can create a modern website within a cohesive network of sites, all integrated into the Archdiocese's ecosystem.


This centralized approach has significantly reduced maintenance costs for parish webpages, or in some cases, eliminated the need for maintenance altogether, while having it always up to date all the time.

Centralised planning and monitoring

Thanks to calendar and liturgical modules, all important events, sacraments and masses can be centrally planned and scheduled.


Stay organised with the pilgrimages, camps and youth events planned in advance.

With event planning modules, you are given with a comprehensive tool enabling to plan, describe, collect admissions and payments.

With easy to use CMS module, all events can be managed within organizing parish or Archidiocese administration department.

Closer to the community

Church e-administrative system empowers priests and hierarchs to be closer to their parishioners by utilizing digitized tools designed to foster deeper connections, streamline communication, and enhance participation in parish life.
