In the absence of a business-to-business collaboration management platform and a sophisticated online shop, the process of managing sales and production, was inefficient and caused numerous difficulties.

Our collaboration began with an in-depth Discovery Workshop and Event Storming session.


During these meetings, we thoroughly understood Darex's needs and processes, identified key challenges and developed an action strategy. As a result, we were able to create a solution perfectly tailored to the client's requirements.

Rethink, redesign

We focused on refreshing the visual layout, creating a modern and intuitive user interface.


The new shop not only presents the company's offer in an attractive way, but also provides a convenient and fast online shopping experience for business customers.

A brand new shop

We have introduced an advanced sales management and production planning engine that enables the efficient management of individual and B2B customer orders.


The system allows for easy tracking of orders, automation of production processes and optimisation of resource management.


As a result, Darex can efficiently fulfil even large order volumes while maintaining the highest product quality.

Support and training

The brand new tool meant upgrading the competence of the staff. We organised sections of training and workshops for the team so that the client could use the created tool as effectively as possible.


We focused on promoting the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage the new system.
