How we implemented a dedicated waste container rental management application with route optimisation
As part of this project, our team was involved in the design and implementation of a state-of-the-art application that allows customers to order and pay for waste containers.
A key element was the creation of a process engine for real-time fleet management, enabling TST to efficiently plan and execute collection routes.

New scale, new needs, new horizons
As the company grew rapidly and a new type of service entered the market, it became necessary to produce dedicated software to keep up with the needs of customers.
Our aim was to create a platform that would allow customers to coordinate waste collection and TST to plan and manage their fleet of machines and collection routes.
Discovering client's needs - discovery and event storming workshops
In order to best understand our clients' needs, we conducted Discovery workshops and Event Storming sessions. These interactive sessions allowed us to gain a thorough understanding of user expectations and tailor the solution to meet specific requirements, ensuring a high quality and functional application.
Process engine
At the heart of the system is our process engine, built on our experience in developing CrewMaster. Thanks to our many years of experience working with various clients, we know the business models well and can advise on the best solution.
A future-proof and scalable solution
One of our objectives was to prepare a solution that would not only allow us to serve the markets we currently occupy, but also to scale to additional municipalities, districts and entire provinces, without losing liquidity.
Together, we have developed a solution that combines ease of use and growth opportunities. The system is also ready for increased seasonal traffic in tourist destinations and occasional peaks in interest during holidays and long weekends.
Putting environmental protection first
The system ensures compliance with waste collection and disposal regulations. 90% of the mass of waste collected is recycled. We make sure that the customer gets everything necessary for proper waste separation.
Multiple data, one view, seamless management
Together, we have created interfaces on which users work on a daily basis, planning routes for journeys, deliveries and refuse collection for the entire fleet of vehicles.
The coordinator dashboard provides an overview of all key data in one place. It provides full control over processes, enabling real-time monitoring and management of operations. This enables coordinators to make quick and informed decisions, resulting in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
