Process Mapping for your business

Team and procedures: the ideal duo for business
Every well-functioning business is a combination of two key factors: the team and procedures. The quality of this combination influences how efficiently business processes are carried out. Regardless of the industry, understanding and optimizing these processes is essential for achieving long-term success.
Why is it so difficult to catch errors in processes?
As specialization within companies increases, it becomes harder to capture all the elements of a given business process. Identifying bottlenecks or "grains of sand" that slow down the company becomes a real challenge.
Efficiency is also negatively impacted by the phenomenon of silos – isolated parts of the company where teams focus solely on their own tasks, often unaware of what other departments are doing. This approach hampers collaboration and prevents the business from realizing its full potential.
Process mapping: a joint journey into the processes of your business
We offer a comprehensive process mapping service, which allows you to take an in-depth look at the processes occurring in your company. Our approach is based on a collaborative workshop with key stakeholders and teams responsible for the given process. Together, we analyze each stage, identify areas of potential inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and issues that slow down business growth.
During the workshops, we use a methodology similar to Discovery Workshop, but with a focus on analyzing existing processes. Before starting the workshops, we gain a general overview of the company’s operations (the so-called "helicopter view") to understand its specifics, mission, and goals, and identify which processes require analysis. Then we proceed to a more detailed examination using techniques such as event storming. During this process, we map all the stages, tasks, and information flows within the company. Each workshop participant brings their perspective, which allows us to get a complete picture of the situation.
This process is highly interactive and based on collaboration with the client’s teams. Our goal is not only to understand the current processes but also to find ways to improve them by jointly creating a business process map. This way, we can precisely identify areas that require intervention.
Breaking down silos and building bridges – time for effective collaboration!
As a result of our process mapping workshops, we identify the boundaries of silos and build bridges between teams, allowing for better information flow and efficient collaboration. We find key pain points and areas that slow down processes. We then develop strategies to address them and jointly plan how to eliminate them.
The end result is a process map that becomes the foundation for implementing improvements. Your company gains tools for more effective work, better communication between teams, and more efficient use of resources. As a result, companies can make more informed business decisions that contribute to their long-term success.
